Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
rh356 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such delay.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the rh356 Platform without the prior written consent of rh356.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rh356 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
rh356's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit rh356's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
rh356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rh356 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the rh356 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
